The Host welcomes the audience to Havre de Grace’s Christmas Spectacular, guiding them through the show with warmth, humor, and festive energy. Serves as the primary narrator for Act 1.

The Hostess partners with the Host to introduce scenes, highlight Havre de Grace holiday traditions, and interact with the Carolers. She brings charm, elegance, and local flavor to the production.

A lively ensemble representing the neighborhood carolers of Havre de Grace. They perform traditional Christmas carols, invite audience participation, and help transition between major musical numbers.

The comedic leader of the newly hired department store Santas. The Supervisor oversees their training, tests their believability, and interacts with reporters and children in a humorous, fast‑paced scene.

A group of department store Santas preparing for holiday assignments. Each Santa brings a unique comedic personality as they compete to be recognized as the “real” Santa by children and reporters.

A journalist from Celebrity Magazine who arrives to interview Santa. The Reporter drives the comedic confusion in both the department store scene and the North Pole scene.

The Reporter’s partner, responsible for capturing the perfect holiday photo. Often exasperated, the Photographer adds humor through reactions and timing.

The warm but no‑nonsense matriarch of the North Pole. She manages Santa, keeps the elves in line, and reacts hilariously to the chaos caused by reporters and magical characters.

The true Santa Claus, charismatic and full of holiday cheer. He leads musical numbers, interacts with elves, and proudly introduces his extended North Pole family.

A dramatic, glamorous, slightly eccentric snow diva. Suzy enters with flair, thunder, and comedic bravado, delivering a show‑stopping parody number and demanding her “close‑up.”

The beloved snowman brought to life with music and humor. Frosty leads high‑energy Christmas rock numbers and adds joyful chaos to the North Pole scene.

A helpful but frazzled elf who assists Mrs. Claus and Santa. Seymour provides comedic commentary, helps manage the reporters, and introduces Frosty.

Another elf who supports Seymour and Mrs. Claus. Clarence helps locate Santa, reacts to Suzy Snowflake’s dramatic entrance, and joins in musical numbers.

A supporting elf who adds comedic reactions, especially during Suzy Snowflake’s thunderous arrival. Helps fill out the North Pole ensemble.

The iconic red‑nosed reindeer featured in the North Pole musical sequence. Rudolph appears in song and dance moments celebrating his legendary Christmas Eve heroism.
